Refund policy
At Klipsta we’ve got you covered. We stand behind all our products. If your product is faulty please email our customer service team at hello@klipsta.com with an explanation of what has happened and please include photos. We will send a replacement or provide a full refund.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card the order was placed on.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or customers providing an incorrect shipping address.
We are happy to exchange products within 14 days of delivery date as long as they are returned in their original and unused condition. Customers are responsible for postage for returns and will also be charged postage for shipping out exchange products.
