I’ve placed my order - how long will it take to receive my goodies?
We’ll do all we can to get your Klipsta order over to you as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times are quoted based on business days, and the days start once the package has shipped, this includes orders with express shipping selected. Processing takes 1-2 days and we do not ship on weekends. All shipments are subject to the importation laws of the local government.
AUSTRALIA
- Deliveries to Sydney and Melbourne will arrive within 2-3 days after processing.
- Deliveries to other Australian cities will arrive within 3 - 5 day after processing.
USA
- 2-4 days standard delivery
- Priority shipping available
Rest of the world
- 10-15 days
Please note Canadian orders ship from Australia as we have a free trade agreement.
How much is shipping?
If we’re shipping to an address within Australia, delivery is $8.60.
USA addresses have a flat shipping rate of $5.99
Addresses located in the Rest of the World have a flat rate of $15.
Customs Duties/Taxes:
Please check the customs tax rules for your country before purchasing, as you may be subject to paying fees from your government/customs office on arrival of parcels into your country. Customers are responsible for paying these taxes should there be any applicable.
What should I do if there’s something wrong with my order?
If you have any kind of problem with your Klipsta order, our friendly team will jump right on the case to help you fix it. All you need to do is shoot us an email at hello@klipsta.com and we’ll get straight onto it.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure all orders are dispatched promptly and delivered via reputable shipping carriers.
Lost in Transit:
If an item is deemed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will offer a replacement or other appropriate remedy in accordance with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Delivered Orders:
Once tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. We are not responsible for items that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring the delivery location is safe and secure. Where available, delivery instructions or alternative delivery options should be used to minimise the risk of loss.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure orders are dispatched promptly and shipped using reputable carriers.
Lost in Transit:
If an item is confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
Delivered Orders:
Once tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not located after delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and that the delivery location is secure. We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package or using delivery instructions where available.
